[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Banking without customer's concern | |||||
Hello, This is m. Shanti anjamma having deposits @sarpavaram branch in kakinada. The bank staff has issued a credit card worth 1.8l (Limit) and we were not informed about rs 23, 000/- coupons. The registered mobile number suddenly stopped getting alerts and they take money from flexi fd and mark another fd with a lean amount without an intimation. No alerts have come during this process. Is this safe banking? Please take immediate action on the sarpavaram branch staff.in other case, the customers will tag your bank as a fraudulent bank. Please do come back to me. Regards, M.
