Indusind Bank — Cash not received from atm but amount deducted

I tried to withdraw an amount of INR15000 from IndusInd ATM Mauza –Gaunchi Faridabad. Was not able to withdraw the amount as nothing came out. Waiting for money and when not received called IndusInd bank to report for the same (Reference no[protected]. They said that the transaction was successful and when I told them I didn’t receive anything, the representative said it would be refunded. I waited for about 3 days as stated by the representative and lodged another complaint (Reference no[protected] for the same and they said the transaction was successful and money was withdrawn- I asked for CCTV footage for which they provided me a blur image. (How can one make out whether the money was taken from an image). Now I have asked for a video again as I think they don’t know what CCTV footage means and they have stopped receiving my call I think as I am always in queue. I couldn’t find a way to reach anybody so thought of writing to you.
Request you to please take necessary action on this or suggest me the right path so that I can get my money back.
Note -:
Here Response Code shows 050 which mean decline transaction and unauthorized card use also card less transaction start.

It's been 12 days and I am still waiting for the solution from your end.

Can you please tell me how long it will take??
I am still waiting for indusind response but nobody give me the solution about this.
Indusind have very slow process than any other bank.
Please don't open account in this bank.
They are group of crooks.
