[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Cheating account holders

I have taken credit card loan Rs 345000 and immediately in the next day they have generated bill along with Loan EMI amount rs 26000 which is not acceptable. Please note that before taking loan i had discussed with loan final verification dept of indusind bank team person and they promised that if you taken loan today then EMI will start after next billing cycle only. But its not happened as promised. I want to close my loan with 345000 rs and return back my processing fee and insurance amount. I don't want to have a relationship with cheating bank.
