[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Complaint about the behaviour of one of your executives | |||||
I want to open an account in you bank Sadar Bazar Branch Gurgaon.I had given the appilcation for new acc. On 11 nov. And on 12 nov i got my application ref no - AO-[protected]-IB. Today 19 days is completed but i didnt get any update on my application.When i visited your branch they tell ur account will open in next 2 working day its been saying from 18 days but no update is there. Today when i go the branch one of your executive MANNU misbehaves with me and talking very rude to me.When i say just tell me your name i will file a complaint against you then he said my name is mannu and do whatever you want to do if you want to complaint you can do it.Is this the way ur executives deals with customer, is this the way the banking of bank. Hi i want to conplain regarding the guy wearing specticls who was taking cheques to give us cheques, he was speaking very badly my first experience at bank which is highly pathetic!
