Indusind Bank — Complaint against poor service

Dear all,

Never apply for indusind credit service. The company provides very poor service.

Their staff & customer care misbehave & misguide to the customer.

I have apply for this bank credit card i was elgible for that as per requirement they disapprove my application & not provide me the reason of rejection. Then after i sent rbi guidelines for proper disclouse or exact reason of rejection even after that they don, t provide me any detail

Rbi warning to bank...bank employees do not sale insurance product...but bank pressure to all bank employees to sale the insurance product.please do the needful..
