[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Credit Card Reject without Reason | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, 6 months back rec'd. Call from indusind bank for credit card offer. I was submitted all the documents, finally I recd. Message my mobile like "WE REGRET TO INFORM, WE ARE CURRNETLY UNABLE TO SANCTION A CREDIT CARD". I don't know what is the reason. Immediately I call to the people and ask. They also not reply proper reason. Then recently[protected] Same person call for credit card offer. I explained earlier problem everything. But she told this time no need any documents, now we give the offer by using your existing other bank credit card base. So you just give your existing one card impression. every think done. But now[protected] I recd. The message like Same "WE REGRET TO INFORM, WE ARE CURRNETLY UNABLE TO SANCTION A CREDIT CARD". Again I called the same person who is give the offer. But ring is not going. I try to call the document collecter person also. But Still I am not get proper Reason. I think they are fulfil her target of the month.
