[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Cyber crime fraud

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have some query of indusind credit card ending from [protected] & search for indusind credit card toll free number on google & i got number [protected] at top at 03:52pm then i called it was not connected & then i got call back from [protected] at 03:53pm then he told me that i am from indusind bank & you have called us from this number [protected](my number). Then i told my problem that my credit card payment is declined what is the issue.Then he send me link by text message at 3.55 from number [protected] & then one app like indus app opened & then he asked for my user id & i filled details in given link.Then he told me server down & it will took some time so kindly be on hold. i found something wrong by his communication & disconnect the phone & after that i got call from indusind customercare number [protected] at 4.52pm thats some transaction happen is it done by you or not then i told i have not done any transection he told i will cancelled your transaction & will block ur card then i agreed & i seen text messages in my message box that at 04.12pm that somebody enabled my international transaction & mail id changed & 4:47pm 50500 payment on housing.com & again one payment on 50500 housingboard.com & 3rd transaction 12500/- flipkart sale payment 04:51pm but i got all these message after fraud done by unknown farauder.

Total fraud done with me 113500/-

Some point needs to discussed
1.I search indusind bank credit card customer care number on google site how i got at top this number [protected].
2.How indusind bank enabled my international transaction.
3.Now he done housing.com & flipkart payments he should track immediately.
4.If something doing fraudlent rbi, google & bank should block this number & get my payment bank.Housing board should check & revert this payment.
5. i seen text messages after payments i think some spyware software controlling my phone.
6.He had my information how he know if he is not from indusind bank.
7.Housing board & flipkart status screen short & otp which shown after disconnecting calls & transaction details attached

Kindly cancelled all these payment & get back payments immediatly.

On receipt of the dispute form, we will investigate the disputed transaction and respond to you on completion of our review. Please note that (add as appropriate)a swipe transaction can be disputed within 75 days from the date of the transaction / an Internet transaction can be disputed within 90 days from the date of the transaction.
