I am getting marketing call on a daily basis for providing personal loan, when the offer was rejected why does your indusbank is calling us on a daily basis. will the loan requirement changes every day
These calls through predefined voice calls are highly disturbing and it is unfair practice of harassing customer. Contact numbers are provided to bank for reach regarding banking service and not for harasment. My mobile number is already registered as per TRAI regulation for do not distrub. This was complained to your customer services and premium services on a regular basis. As suggested i registered i indusbank portal for donot call services, However i have to toleration your call for another 45 days. Does your bank doing to pay me for handling your calls for another 45 days ? Can you do something to immediately stop your spaming calls ? Was this information helpful? |
