Indus Ind bank has issued a credit card promising to issue vouchers worth of rs.5000 on payment of rs.5900. the company as issued me jet airways vouchers valid for 6 months. But jet airways as closed its operations and has stopped booking the airlines. Upon bringing it to the notice of Indus Ind bank they have offered to issue other retail vouchers which are not issued till date. I have raised the complaint with their regional officers, nodal officers and all other officer incharge. Since it was not addressed has a last resort I am raising the complaint with the consumer forum. Due to covid situation being in essential services staff coud not take time to raise the complaint immediately. I have been following up with the bank since one and half year but no response. Hope atleast a refund of my amount through the forum.my phone no.[protected]
