[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Fraud credit card transactions

I was having credit card of indusind bank.On 6th march, I try to login in mobile bankig application of indusind bank to know the details of bill pay. but application was not working as i entered correct otp many time but application showing invalid otp again and again.So, I tried many times.but it was not working. I called to customer care no, unable to get connected with customer care service. so i searched another customer care no from google. I found one number and called. then I recieved a call from another mobile number. They sent me link and said to fill details of credit card just for verification purpose. The link was exactly same like indusind bank because logo and user interface was same with indusind bank. after filing details of card, some fraud transactions occured from my credit card after 1-2 hours. On 6th march, first transaction amount was Rs 7000 and second transaction amount was Rs 299. Then I immediately blocked my credit card. Then I again try to connect with customer care of indusind bank they told me to renew the card and they said details of new card will be changed and everything will be ok. They processed for replacement of new card. On 8th of march, new card was initiated, I did not recieve any details of new card and didnt recieve card at my address. again next fraud transaction occrued of Rs 11160 with card ending 4 digit number. Then I immediately blocked my card. And connect with customer care. Customer care executive told me that user id is still active from fraud person. I want to complain again indusind bank why they did not tell me about userid active status or fraud user already logged in from indusind bank application first call when shen suggested to me to renew the card.
and also how the fraud web page has same logo of indusind bank.
I want my full refunds of the mentioned transactions.

Total Rs 7000+299+11160= Rs 18459
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
