Got below message from VM-CSBACK Either message delivered to wrong mobile number or its fraud message with hyperlinks to click. I don't have any account or credit card account with Indusind bank. and not sure why I recieved such message on credit points expiry It seems suspicious so raised complaint Kindly look into it. MESSAGE TEXT RECEIVED ON 3/9/2022 Dear Customer Your Indusind Bank Credit Card Points Worth Rs.6854 Will Expire By Tomorrow. Verified Support Mar 12, 2022 IndusInd Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, IndusInd Bank will NEVER ASK for your Credit Card CVV, PIN, OTP or Internet Password to offer Lucrative Deals, redeem Reward Points, Gifts, Vouchers, etc. NEVER share such information with anyone over unsolicited Calls, SMS, Email, Links or IVR, even if claiming to be from IndusInd Bank
