Due some financial issue form last three month i have make payment but after due date .
but your recovery agent Mr. Surajeet mob-[protected] .. continuously mentally harassment to make the payment as it is year end.
i requested him that on 5th of this month i will clear all the amt..make ac again normal..
this the way your organization treated with customer thought we are running in tough time..
plz do needful on this inhuman behaviour..

I have done my payment despite of that why should i accept foul languages from your collection executive .As you know last few days we bank close, so I unable to deposit cash in AC.
one Madam no-[protected] max time call & behaved most rudely. Sir, being customer am aware about me right .is this right way to treat with a customer.
I know from your end no step will be taken.
