[Resolved] Indusind Bank — I have been billed more than once for the same transaction on the same day | |||||
I used my credit card at a petrol bunk on 18th March 2017, whilst making a payment the first transaction was a failure due to poor server and did not get any message notification on my mobile . then I swiped again for swiped for 1000 rupees and also received notification on my mobile number. After I got the months statement I see there has been 2 transaction on the same day.How can Indus approve 2 transaction and most pathetic situation that I did not even receive any transaction notification so that i could have caught hold of the Petrol bunk guys to reimbursement my money.
