Dear sir, i have used indusind bank credit card and i could not able to make the payment due to financial crisis and continuous death of my grand mother and uncle. So i have informed to the bank to close my card and will pay interest on[protected]. But they have not responded my request and instead of settlement they have put the interest on every month even after my request. But suddenly i got the call from collection agent from banjara hills branch by the name sirisha on monday evening 4.30 pm from[protected]-2016) and she used very bad language stating “ why you have taken card when you can’t pay money if you don’t have money than you should behave like that why you taken card and she claimed that i have provided wrong address which is not true, i hope without address verification bank will not provide the card then how she can say that i have give wrong address and used the card and cheating the bank. If you check my details i have paid the interest whatever you people said and if i delay the payment this not the way you treat your customers and also she involved my family stating that your mother teach you all this type of thing that take money from bank and don’t pay how can she involve my mother in this matter and also she said that you are not getting any pay from your company. When i ask her to transfer my call to the manager she said you don’t have rights to talk to manager that until you pay the amount. I don’t understand your bank people only force us to take cards when we delay the payment you will treat the customers like hell. If customer not paying they are certain ways to collects but not harassing mentally. I have used 75000 and every time i am paying around 10 thousand yes i its my mistake that paid late but still i have only paying not escaped. After harassing so much how can i pay the amount i need proper explanation for harassing me or else i am ready to complain in consumer court for the mental harassment. Think once if i want to cheat the bank then how i proved my new number to banker than how can she use such language. How i can close the matter.
