[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Invalid Account Activation

I was to open a zero balance account last year so I got know about IndusInd Bank Digi Start Savings account. I followed the procedure to open the account but due to unavailability of physical pan card it could not be opened and at the video verification it was told that I have to visit nearest branch to open the account at that time. I changed my mind to open the account but after few days I received a mail regarding the activation of the account and I had to deposit ₹20000 as first deposit. I am a student and I don't have money to deposit I was unaware that if ₹20000 not deposited I will be charged. I haven't deposited any amount but how bank can charge if I was unable to login. I hadn't provided the document required at the video verification. They haven't mentioned the charges in the account charges at website. I am feeling trapped and the charges are unbearable. There is no transaction in the account nor I have received any service and I didn't proceed for the account opening to branch and still bank has a policy to charge. It is not a zero balance account. Because zero balance account doesn't have any account maintenance charges. Bank should mention clearly in description
the charges and the main process to covert it to zero balance account.
