[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Irresponsible Service | |||
I got my vehicle loan with Indus Ind Bank since 2012 and paying Rs 1000 in addition to my loan amount for the next year vehicle insurance. They have not renewed my vehicle insurance on time and when I called them to enquire about this, I didn’t get any proper response from the bank so I renewed my vehicle insurance on my own. There was a delay payment for a month if something had happened to the any one ( Vehicle and Third Party) who will be responsible for same, the indusind bank people are so pathetic and their customer service is really awful. - Prabhakar Was this information helpful? | |||
