Indusind Bank — Lack of Service | |||
Abhishek[protected] misguided & wasted our day on request to encash maturity of FDR at Jabalpur instead of Delhi for widowed mother. First refuses to act, then his boss collects detail, then he wants receipt in advance without revenue stamp and then says maturity will come from Delhi to Jabalpur though it is not registered address. Attitude of him & Bank seems to be dilly dally, misguide and hook the customer. This is deplorable and should be punished. Please advise action taken? It is nice that Indus bank appears to have taken the matter seriously in respect of one of their Privilege Customers. I guess that I'll hear back from them this week for
(1) Lack in service on 2/7/2016 and
(2) Complying with my requirement.
