Dear Sir I had taken a loan from your institution in Jan 15. However I would like to repay the loan under prepayment. The compliant is as follows. a) No where we can pay directly to the loan b) In your other section you mentioned go to "On line payment mode" and we could not see any matter. c) We do not know what is the user ID ( is it LOAN a/c or Customer reference no ) You made it very complicated. I do not have a loan number. Please note that I received an e-mail titled "Get a pre-approved loan on your IndusInd Bank credit card" mail was received as on date 27/05/2022 with the same loan amount credited to my account but still no EMI debit from my account. My mobile number is [protected].
