[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Misrepresentation by Mr Sunil Yadav (Sales Executive, Indusind Bank)

I've applied for 8 lacs loan thru dealsfor loan after which Mr.Sunil Yadav from Indusind bank contacted me and attracted with lowest EMI and rate of interest. While signing agreement papers he calmly admitted the mistake of EMI amount / ROI and informed that he shall try to reduce the emi somehow before discursement take place. Immediately on following day i called Mr.Yadav & requested to reduce loan amount as emi was getting very huge. After detailed discussion Mr.Yadav agreed to revise loan amount of Rs.4 lacs. Disbursement was kept on hold for around a 8-10 days, monthend arrived after 4-5 days and suddenly i got an SMS stating that loan amount of Rs.8 lacs is disbursed. I tried contacting Mr, Yadav & other representatives of bank thru Phone / Mail but till date i have not got any responce or any action to correct the mistake. Need appropriate bank personnel to look into & allow 3.5 lacs amount return before 1st EMI hits my account..
