On 4th of January 2022 due to default in the security system of indusind bank my credit card was swiped by an unknown mode and as soon as I was aware about the incident I had informed the customer care of the Indus ind bank and had made them blocked my card .
On 5th of January 2022 again there was moment of transaction within 24 hours inspite of blocking the usage of the card and again i called the customer care and they had informed me to raise a complaint in police station and Indus ind customer care only told me that my mobile number has been hacked so I don't have to make any payments and i have call recordings and card blocked mesages on 4th jan 2022 as my proof its due to Indusind bank weak security system i had to face lot of trouble
I had filed a police case on 6th of January 2022
Now due to regular harassment from the Indusind Bank customer care i have decided to file a case in protection of my consumer rights against the bank
every day phone harassment from collection department to pay out standing amount please solve the problem as soon as possible when i blocked the card on 4th jan 2022without my intimation or with out my new card dispached how can i do one more transaction on 5th jan 2022 please solve this problem as soon as possible
