[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Needed lod and outstanding letter

I'm kavin son of Murugesan we got 20 lakhs + 3.70 lakhs lap loan from indusind bank Salem Branch our loan number is TAA00083N and TAA00133N. One day my father called through mobile to indusind manager his name sengutuvan regarding some doubt he spoke really bad and he said "we are not here to serve you so don't call me again" he spoke very rude. So we decided to change our lap loan to other bank or finance and now everything is completed and the issue is he said write a letter that you need lod and outstanding. And we wrote and gave the letter on (27/01/2021) he said it will take 15 working days. After working15days (16/01/2021)we went and he said we haven't received any mail so hereafter don't come here contact someone. The main thing is we already complainted about him and no one took any action so please provide us a lod and outstanding letter. So please help us we trust you. Thanks sir
