My name is joginder singh . I purchased Honda Activa 3g scooty in 2016 . After paying my all installments of 2 years, I still didn't get the NOC. Whenever I go to the showroom the bank agent said that NOC will come to your home .. I am broken from this incident . My vehicle registration number DL9SBB2386. Please help .please.
