Indusind Bank — NOC is not received for bike loan since last two year

Address:INDUSIND MARKETING & FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD 12, SUKH SAGAR COMPLEX, NEAR SHYAM SHIKHAR COMPLEX, ABOVE NUTAN NAGRIK BANK, BAPUNAGAR, AHMEDABAD GUJ

My loan has been closed for the last two years but till date i had not received NOC for your side. Can you please let me know why till now NOC has not been sent to me.
