I had cleared the due amount on[protected] and requested the branch as well as sent an email to customer support asking for NOC and to remove the WRITTEN-OFF status from CIBIL as I require the NOC to produce in other institutions to take loans for Medical Emergencies.
It's been more than 10 days since I haven't received any response to my queries and when I visited the branch, they are not ready to help in any manner and their behavior towards customers was very disappointed.
I feel helpless during this emergency situation.
And for the queries which I had raised with Customer Support also helpless. These people are closing the service requests without providing resolution.
I know Banks usually take time of 15-20 days to produce NOC but this is the request which I made for some emergency.
