I Surbhi Mishra victim of online financial fraud transaction. on 24.06.2021 I got a call from naukri.com and they said my profile is shortlisted for interview and need to pay Rs10/- for telephonic interview and share me link to pay when I put my debit card detail automatically amount debited from my account without sharing OTP and at the time when I received debit message I informed to bank about this fraud transaction with in hours but they have not stop that payment and after submitting cyber crime report they have not start any investigation till yet.
I know i have made mistake but please help me to get my refund amount.

Already I have register my complaint with details in you palghar branch and customer care center you can check my detail against complaint no. 10202417 in your records. on 24.06.2021 when this unauthorized transaction message received immediately I complaint about this transaction to you. I have not share my any detail with fraud even my OTP but till yet you have not refund my money and taken any action against that report. No response from your side
I have been a saving account customer and also holding a FIX deposit in your bank. I hope that this fraud transition would be solved soon . i would sincerely appreciate your prompt assistance in this matter .

e-mail which was received on 24.06.2021 was not correct I have not done any transactions and even not share OTP with fraud person and without intimation how u can break my FD?
I am not agree with your points, you have to help me to get my money.
Till yet I didn't get proper response from your end. If u want to know the transaction detail then please check every points in that from where transaction is done, IP address, Location of transaction, etc. It was unauthorized transaction so i request you please refund my money.
