Indusind Bank — Re issue of my loan Noc

Dear indusind customer care team,
I purchased a Honda shine through indusind bank loan in 2015 after completion of loan repayment I got noc from them, unfortunately it was misplaced in home, for loan termination RTA people asking to submit noc against loan, So I went to indusind bank branch office trimulgherry, Secunderabad they said to me to give police complaint on this regards..why I need to go to complaint about this kindly resolve this issue on priority and reissue my noc as early as possible..

Updated by Sudarsanaraju Notified but not sort out yet..There is no progress on re issuance of my loan Noc.
