[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Regarding my credit cards | |||
Sir im having this bank credit cards, i have taken this card in january, the time of giving they had told that what ever you do trasaction will be converted in monthly emi'more ever the time of transection also i approched the customer care and asked about this they told yes it will be converted in same but after transection they are not doing same and telling there is no offer on your cards and they are using external agencies for minimum payment and they are giving threating more than half i have paid, so i request you to take the strong action against them this is a kind of fraud and mislead the the customer Was this information helpful? | |||

my accountis salary account and i have a benefits of maintaining Zero balance but the bank deducted the
amount of Rs.101 and Rs.184 towards non maintenance charges.
i have even raised a query regarding this but i did not got any response. if this is the case no one will have the account in indusind bank.
its a worst service .
