[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Regarding Refund of Insurance Policy money & wrong information provided to Cibil Authority | |||
I am having car loan (Loan A/c No MWT00602C) from Indusind Bank, at the start i was told that Rs. 500/- Per Month will be added to my EMI for the insurance for next year, If i want to take insurance from IndusInd bank i just need to pay the difference amount and if not Rs.500*12=6000 will be refunded to me for taking the policy from some other company. This money was due in the month of March 2015 but after so many followups and reminders to the bank, neither i have received the money nor they are replying to me. Secondly, my first ECS was not hit due to some operational issues from IndusInd Bank and then i received the call from the executive that they will utilize my cheque for that particular EMI and later the ECS will regularize for rest of the month but IndusInd bank wrongly sent the information to Cibil Authority that ECS was 30days overdue from my side, this was impacted on my CIBIL Score badly. I wrote many mails to their Grievance Redressal (Regional Nodal Officer:Mr Rakesh ranjan) team also, but till date their is no response ... Was this information helpful? | |||
