I tried to open a bank account in Indusind bank but I find this to be a very horrible experience. First I started filling the online application for saving account, giving all adhar and pan card details after that there was video KYC then after completing that I taught whole processes is done and account will be created but there was no email came from the bank confirming my account opening nor any update. So I called the customer service only reply I got every time I have to wait at least three days but it almost a week passed by but there is no response from their side yesterday I tried again contacting customer service through Facebook Messenger - I don't know whether it is bot, some response came in that there was two step I need to complete to open the saving account but I was asking again and again to give a link for completion of those steps required but no response from their side I called video customer service but they replied saying same, that I need to complete 2 more step but when I asked to give the link or guidinance - how to to complete those steps there was no response and even video call got abroptly cut, and also I couldn't give feedback on that, so my experiences totally horrible and wasted all my time. My only request through this forum to the Indusind Bank people is delete all information I given for account opening. Was this information helpful? |
