I am Mohit Raghav Indusind Credit card customer.
I am unable to pay the credit card bill for the last few months due to Covid. Initially, I was on sabbatical and during the second wave I lost my job, and due to no job I can't pay the amount.
My family is getting calls from the bank executive named Pooja ([protected]) and she is abusing with my family for not paying the amount.
I am looking for a job and would ensure that I would pay the entire settlement amount which bank has offers me over the email into 5-6 EMI's.
Request you to please convert settlement amount into EMI's
Hope the bank understands my situation and me and my family will not receive any such calls further.
