I was sold Indusind Signature Debit Card for which Rs. 11, 800 money has been deducted on 24 Nov 2021, to avail benefits of the card I was told to swipe Rs.500 for petrol as an activation.
I tried swiping and the PIN sent via mail was not working, on informing the execute, I was told to reset the pin at ATM, this was not working also, tried at two different ATMs, on asking the execute again, he said to resent via mobile app, which was also not working, then was advised to reset via IVR which was also not working. for which I reg complain no. 17323332 on Jan 27, 2022.
On Feb 2nd, 2022, I was told "everything" is working and can start using the card after 5 pm, so proceeded to swipe again and it was not working, tried resetting the pin via the app again, and not working.
At this point, I have informed the execute to issue a refund as the product does not work. I have clearly instructed them to issue a refund immediately, to which they keep replying that it's working and expect me to test it again and again.
