Dear Sir, Ref: Attached 6th Reminder in last 9 months to Indusind Bank and still didn't received any answer against loan Agreement No. GVS-05412H. Vehicle Detail: Hero Make Maestro, Registration No: GH06-HB-1070. Case Detail: I was taken one two wheeler lone from Indusind bank, for some resone ECS was not presented in my Bank in month of OCT-2014, and as a genuine customer call to bank tall free no to know the reason. as bank representative said your ECS is going to preset between one or two days. In a same month Date: 30 Oct-2014 suddenly received a latter from Indusind bank informing that your ECS was bounced due to insufficient balance, and you are liable for penalty. which is around Rs. 600, immediately I was checked my bank account and found that balance for the ECS is maintained for ECS date. hence to confirm that I was taken a new fresh pass book entry from the bank and found that there was no ECS return Entry appear in month. Sir, since last 9 month I am requesting for the evidence which shows that ECS was Bounced due to insufficient balance. and Indusind bank fail to provide, and charging unnecessary penalty. Sir I would like to file a office case against this bank for spoiling reputation. can you please investigate the same and help me in this matter.
