Hi All, Please be informed that I have a complaint regarding my credit card payment related. As per concern I had a credit card which I already closed with full payment with closure fees on Feb 2020 and one more thing as per representative told me my total payment due is aprox 31000/- and with GST and foreclosure fee its aprox 33000/- and I paid 34800 aprox which they said means I done access of payments. I thought it was closed but in few days I received couple of messages for payment 1789/-. When I already requested to close my card and loan account and already pay my due with access of amount than why you I pay more.
