[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Unnecessary and unprofessional delay in opening a simple account | |||
I have been trying to create an account in your bank in the PRINCE ANWAR SHAH ROAD BRANCH for last two and half weeks. There was tremendous unprofessional delay in opening the account. On top of that recently they yold me it will take 15 - 20 more days as the bank signature i have provided them are all same but different from my PAN CARD signature. I have got two more existing accounts where I have used initial signature but in my PAN card there is FULL SIGNATURE. May I know whether it is mandatory that we have to use full signature or exactly the same signature as that of the PAN card. If this is mandatory, I will not create my current account in your branch.
