[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Unusual money deduction | |||
Dear, concern My name is anupam chakraborty and i working in asas tech solution pvt ltd on 14th may 2016 i went to withdraw rs.400 from induslnd bank atm in huda city center metro gurgaon as the machine have technical problem so i cancelled the transaction and i came out of the atm and i was also not able to withdraw the money then after 5 seconds i received a texted message from my concern bank which is yes bank that rs.10, 000 has been debited from my account and my a/c nub -[protected] and it is (Salary account) and my mobile nub is [protected] my email id is - ([protected]@gmail.com), i have raised a complaint in the date of 14th may 2016 about unusual money deduction and after one week i made a call to yes bank customer care center they said that induslnd bank has revert that the money has been withdrawn from my account and on 21st may 2016 i again raised a complaint for cctv footage complaint no[protected] and tat was given for 17 days and after the given date i again contacted with yes bank customer care center but they said that that the concern bank has not revert on it. And again contacted on 25th june 2016 and there is no any feedback from the concern bank it is almost 1 month that the problem has not been solved. And i think the concern bank is not doing there working properly when i go to bank and say that they cannot do anything from there side and have to raised the complaint in customer care. And when i contacted 05 25th june 2016 one of the representative said me that the amount may be stuck in the machine and some other person have take out the money is it possible that if a person want's to withdraw rs.400 for the atm how is it possible that the amount of rs.10, 000 can be debited from the account itself and till date there is no response from the concern bank (Yes bank). So i want you to look in forward and take an action against the bank. And as it was unusual deduction from atm so i want my money credited.. So please look forward in it.
