I have saving indus exclusive account which had to be upgrade to pioneer account, my rm Ankita Ghoghari from mumbai br assured me it wil be done within 2-3 working days and all requiredment has been fullfilled but now what excuse me getting is senior level people have not approved it, inspite many attempts from her for upgrade request to higher level all are getting fail. Please upgrade it nor else i need to change my bank asap
