Indusind Bank — welcome kit does not receive at a given time | |||
I am sanjay kumar pal r/o f-80 hari nagar extn. part-3 badarpur and my account number is[protected] in indusind bank at lajpat nagar branch. After opening my account on 16feb 2015 in this branch, i've not get my welcome kit from bank! after submit my complaint to customer care they do not response me about my kit, day by day they postponed it to next days! I have not recd any calls or mails from the concern branch staff. this was really disgusting from a private bank who have to take care as it's an service industry. I am really suffering as my transaction is pending. this is really a very bad experience from bank side and from branch staff spec ialy branch head who is I suppose is least concern regarding customer service. so I request you to kindly cancel my account and refund my mone. asap I will also tell my other friends and colleagues that not to open accounts in induslnd bank lajpat nagar branch regards-sanjay my email id [protected]@gmail.com contact no-[protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
