HI ALL, I am having savings account at Indus-Ind bank karur for past 2 years from my account opening date i didn't noticed my balance recently i went to bank to withdraw amount 14, 000 rs/-which i having at my account.But they said that only 9000 rs/- is available i asked to the bank officers why 5000 rupees is been debited from my account they have said that it is due to new ATM card renewal without my knowledge how can they took 5000 rupees from m y account i do know why they are cheating public without any intimation & the bank officers saying that amount will be refunded to you by gift voucher as i asked them to provide gift voucher instant of my amount kindly resolve my problem and give my cash back Was this information helpful? | |||||
