Dear Sir/ Mam,

i have platinum aura indusland credit card. While issuing credit card told it is with out any joining fee & without annual maintenance.

now for the first month statement charged for Rs.500/ as joining fee.

customer care representative giving information after 1 month o[censored]sage regarding joinig fee.

now i want to close it without paying any charges.
