Indusland Bank — Bike Loan /issue with EMI Payments and recovery executive

I am facing an issue with my bike loan in indusland bank

Contract Number: AHW22727H

Due to some financial issues i have not paid emi's from last five months on committed date but after few days every month i have paid emi's regularly to the recovery agent named polepaka suresh kumar(Indusland bank-hanamkonda branch) through upi and he not even provided me the cash receipts from last few months and when i went to the nearest office and asked the concerned manager to provide me a statement he is not paying the emi on or after the date of amount received from me and they are in very harsh and rude behaviour so please look in to this and request you to take a severe action on this solve my issue .
