Indusland Bank — Bank charges

My saving account open in indusland bank dated: 09/10/2014 in special sachem as zero balance account, and in my account balance is rs. 1040.41 /-, i will give rs 1040/- chaque, bank has return this cheque and rewrite reason for return cheque is fund insufficient, and bank charge cheque return charges rs. 399/-. Second is educative of indusland bank call us no any charges for sms. And bank charge per month charges, for this i go to bank and complain for it but bank manager has not take any action for it, and bank also charges atm charges for which atm has not active by bank. For this i have complain to bank for my atm activate sent my pin but bank exucative answer me i have complain at bank main barch and bank deducated my atm charges.
