Sir I purchased one high pressure water pump which price is 4, 672 rupees. Its model number is PW-M28 and its order number is [protected]. The machine ( the gun) defects now days. I want to repair the gun, if you doesn't, I shall replace the water gun . I complain several times for repair the gun but I couldn't found a reply from you. The product sent is a used one..
The toolbox itself was damaged.
In the toolbox all the tools were in disorder and the screws and anchors were opened.
The white tape is seemed to be used.
The screw driver bits are rusted....

I ordered a 2 ton hydraulic car jack and received a dummy non-working worthless thing. It can't lift 2 milligrams. I wonder how such fraudsters are allowed to do online business in India. The customer care has no control over them nor can they do anything about it.all are cheaters and just grab your money somehow....

Had got a defective product and hance returned item on 18th may 2021 successfully . The company is yet to refund the amount .
Not picking up the call nor responding to emails.

I brought this product in July 2020 and within 5 months there is heavy leakage both at tap end and gun end.I am not able to use the product anymore.
I was told by my plumber that the pipe is of very poor quality and has developed holes through which the leakage is happening.
