I had ordered for falcon make lawn mower for my site at haridwar. While on receiving it is found that the mower's roller was found broken. Same has been informed to company on same time. This incident happens on 03.07.2016. From that day i am regularly complaining them to replace the material but there is no reply from industrybuying.com. When i called to customer care they said that please send the material back to us through india post. It is quite surprising to me that i need to courier back. When i said to send the all instruction over mail they told that they will drop the mail but 5 days passed no reply from them. It is very bad impression for your customer who faith on you & getting humilated like this. My order number is 759950 & my compalint number is 00073255. Was this information helpful? | |||||
