[Resolved]  iNet Solution Pvt Ltd — Software sent with virus and very bad support

I bought a real estate script.

when i received i found its a backup created from their running demo with all rubbish data which took 2 days to clean, even error log file which was 2-3mb in size.

when after cleaning i upload i found there is virus in the script, i had to clean it myself as they said my hostingcompany is not good, and after all.

i had to wait 1 week to get reply for support, they said they will give me 10 years of free support.

1st support was itself horrible, i called them directly and they shout at me saying why cant you wait for reply, we have too much customer and we will get back to you and just closed the phone.

i asked for another support which is just a advice how t do it, if they dont want to support.

they saif its not included in support i have to pay.

now the problem is i didnt get what was promised with my script, a free sms module, free installation, etc...

now i had just to delete the script because i didnt get the full software nor i can see the support

note : if any mistake or delay happens the support team normally says sorry, but with them they shout at me
