Software sent with virus and very bad support

I bought a real estate script.
when i received i found its a backup created from their running demo with all rubbish data which took 2 days to clean, even error log file which was 2-3mb in size.
when after cleaning i upload i found there is virus in the script, i had to clean it myself as they said my hostingcompany is not good, and after all.
i had to wait 1 week to get reply for support, they...
