Inexlines — Delayed, substandard poor quality wood cladding and toughened glass work.

The inexlines company's owners ms nilima maheshwari and anurag maheshwari has deputed me of hard earned life time saving of approx 50k. They are highly unprofessional has no business ethics. They will lure the unsuspecting clients with impressive pictures of their so called work similar to the nature executed by them with sweet talks before work is awarded to them.
Having taken the order they will press for an advance and will delay in starting the job on one pretext or other once the advance is released to them. Once they start the job after a straineous follow up by client and doing a little progress they have an expertise in leaving the job in between forcing the client to cough up more money which they will dupe with doing poor quality work and still leave in between to harass client for release of more funds.
However once the client under pressure to have its job completed on time releases more funds then maheshwrirs will have their own way to harass the client with ulterior motive to extract more funds without doing much work and producing very flimsy reasons for not showing sufficient progress.

One of such experience i the senior citizen as an unsuspecting client have very recently been subjected to by maheshwari's duo. After getting an order with their sweet talks and impressive albums of their earlier so called work of similar nature for wood cladding and supply and fixing of toughened glass work at my house under construction at gurgaon. They were released an amount approx twenty percent of job value in the month of oct 2015. But they did not show up at site despite a continuos follow up until mid january 2016.In between ms maheshwari kept on revising their work schedule thrice on one pretext or the other. Once they started the job in mid january without doing much progress started demanded more funds to proceed further. I was under tremendous pressure to complete my house on time and left with no choice but to released more funds additional approx. Twenty percent.
Further as per advise of vender erected the scaffolding at my cost ie rs 1000 /- per day for facilitating the wood cladding job. However doing a little progress and executing a highly substandard and poor quality job of cladding and glass fixing they left job and again started pressing for the release of more funds. By this time the inexlines have hardly done the job equivalentto eight or nine percent of the total value of order that to a very poor quality against approximately more than fourty percent of amount already released to them.
Here they were also assured by me that the funds will be released provided they deliver the material to be fixed at site to ensure the progress does not hamper further. They were also offered by me to have meeting in their office in order to sort out the issue of poor quality and delay so that work proceed without any further delay.
But maheshwarir's instead of showing any seriousness to job kept on insisting for more funds and deliberately avoided any meeting either at their office or at my construction site. Maheshwari's were also explained that the scaffolding was also idling and putting unavoidable monetary burden at me.
But inexlines disregard to all my pleas and requests did not show up at site and kept on repeating for the release of more funds with some ulterior motive to extract the money from an unsuspecting senior citizen who was constructing house with its life time savings.
However finding no let up in the attitude of maheshwarir's and in the interest of proceeding my construction i had no option but to advise them about starting the left out job failing which the order will be offloaded. However finding no positive response i had to engage a new vender in the month of feburary 2016 with additional cost and resources and completed the job as fresh.
Lately i further learnt from this site that inexlines owned by maheshwris were operating by the name of ferroideas before and have at least half a dozen consumer complaints / cases in consumer courts for their misdeed and cheating, betraying the clients in the past two three years. Perhaps that may be one of the reasons they started defrauding unsuspecting clients with new name of the company. At one instance we have also come across their ex employee aggrieved by maheshwari's and explained his nightmare experience with his employer ie maheshwari duo.
Therefore we requests readers to desist from doing ay dealing in what so ever manner with this scruples company ie inexlines having their office at a 280 okhla industrial ph i new delhi.
