[Resolved] Infibeam.com — defective mobile set not replaced | |||
I placed order for a Z10 mobile set on 22 April 2014. Assured date of delivery was 26 April 2014. Infibeam.com shiped late on 25 April 2014. The courier delivers the item late on 29 April a delay of 3 days.I needed the item on 26 april so when I did not receive the item on time I lodged a complaint with their courier co. and even offered to collect the item from their office, but with no success. As the item is delivered late so I was not able to check it immediately as I was busy those days.The Blackberry mobile when checked had problems in calling as manufacturing defect, it does not develop defect on use.When I lodged a complaint on their site they said that since 72 hours have passed so mobile set cannot be replaced, this was despite the fact that there was deficiency on their part as item was delivered late by at least 3 days.They suggested me to contact blackberry support, so I called on their support no. [protected] more than 15 days ago and after knowing the IMEI no. of the mobile set they replied that warranty not available on this set as it was not imported through them. Now neither they are ready to replace the mobile set nor the are ready to inform me that who will provide support during the 1.5 years of warranty period. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have provided you the blackberry service centre contact number, you yourself call that no. and verify if their service centres all over India are ready to provide 1.5 years warranty on sets sold by you?
And if they are ready, you provide me in written that they will give warranty on sets sold by you.

And what about replacement of the set which reached late due to deficiency in your service, you fail to answer about that.

In my opinion you are cheating all customers and not even answering questions raised.
