Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Stylox Set of 2 Men's Denim, 32 Light Blue and dark Blue jeans(Product ID[protected] on the date of 31 Jul 2016 and get delivered on 04 Aug 2016.I have got cheaper product whose quality is not matching what it has mentioned in the product specs.It is totally useless.I have requested for return and refund my amount, but the infibeam has denied that we are not responsible for this and not taking any responsibility.I have contacted on phone as well but the same result.The mail conversation i am pasting here.Please take action onto it and resolve my problem.

In the case of any manufacturing defect, customers may notify us within 72 hours from the delivery. However, in a case of transit damages, the issue has to be reported within 48 hours.
