Infibeam.com — Product not received even after 4.5 months of order

I bought an annual subscription of 'Business Today' magazine with the order # 12350825. The order was placed on 1st Jan 2014. I have not received even a single copy of the magazine till today. I have tried several times on the contact centre but to no avail. The response from the executives is horrible and rude. Would be great if I can get the money refund from infibeam
