Infibeam.com — Replacement of a power bank | |||
I ordered a power bank with order id[protected], when the product was delivered it was defective. I called them and asked for replacement but they denied but finally after an argument they got ready to take the product back. After a week's wait the product was collected, which was on 16/11/2016 and now its more then 15 days but no update on it whenever I call them they ask me to wait. They are neither refunding my money nor offering me replacement. I dont know what needs to be done now I am really pissed of by this situation.
